Suwan Organic Farmstay spans just over three hectares of unspoiled nature — with comfortable facilities nestled among our organic vegetable gardens, fish-filled ponds, rice paddies, and agroforestry areas.

It’s the perfect place to reconnect with the earth — an ideal opportunity to learn how to understand it, respect it, and protect it…

We settled in northern Thailand, between the cities of Udon Thani and Nong Khai, where we built a human-scale farm, manageable without ever relying on machines or petrochemicals. We invested all our life savings into this dream, without really knowing if we could make a living from it… We wanted no loans — we funded the project ourselves.

We made the choice to step out of the system, grateful to embark on a project that would allow us to gain freedom and self-sufficiency.

Here, we open our doors to those who wish to discover another way of life — closer to the land, more human, and more mindful.

To make this experience accessible, we offer two types of farm stays.

Here at Suwan Organic Farmstay, the earth nourishes the body, work nourishes the mind, and encounters nourish the heart.

WWOOFing – Live with us.

Join in the daily life of the farm: sowing, harvesting, cooking, sharing… Every day is a lesson in nature and simplicity. This is our favorite way — the one we recommend to anyone seeking a truly human experience.

Relaxation – Stay with us.

Let yourself be carried away by the gentle rhythm of the place. Our full-board guesthouse welcomes you for a calm, rejuvenating stay.

What We Offer:

1. The WWOOFing Experience

WWOOFing is much more than accommodation — it’s about living with us, learning by taking part in our daily activities (gardening, cooking, harvesting, caring for animals…), and sharing meals, conversations, and the simple moments of farm life.

This way of staying creates a genuine bond — a chance to exchange knowledge, smiles, and experiences, and to leave with far more than memories: a true life experience.

No specific skills are required — only the desire to discover, learn, and participate. We welcome our WWOOFers with warmth and kindness.

2. The Relaxation Stay

Full-board farm accommodation.

For those who prefer to rest, recharge, or simply enjoy nature without joining in the farm work, we also offer a relaxation option — comfortable lodging with full board. It’s a peaceful interlude, perfect for taking a break far from noise and stress.
