Do yoga in Thailand

Permaculture on our organic farm is a concept, a way of life. You all know this Latin quote “Mens sana in copore sano”: A healthy mind in a healthy body.

Now, eating organic products, avoiding ingesting particles of pesticides, preservatives, enhancers and other such chemical atrocities, is enough to put your intestinal transit back on its feet. But Asia, and of course Thailand, are also places that enjoy a wealth of well-being recognized such as massages, meditation or even yoga. You can imagine that we could not miss these opportunities.

The different formulas we offer:

Yoga weekend: 2 days

5000 Bahts/person or 8000 Bahts as a couple.

These are only yoga sessions and not classes.
The yoga weekend will be in 3 sessions of 1h30 each:

  • Arrival on Friday at the farm.
  • Saturday, morning and evening session (1h30 session).
  • Sunday: morning session.
  • Departure Sunday evening or Monday morning at your convenience.

Accommodation and meals included.

Long yoga weekend: 3 days

8000 Bahts/person or 14000 Bahts as a couple

These are only yoga sessions and not classes.
The yoga weekend will be in 6 sessions of 1h30 each:

  • Arrival on Friday at the farm.
  • Saturday, morning and evening session (1h30 session).
  • Sunday: morning and evening session (1h30 session).
  • Monday: morning and evening session (1h30 session).
  • Departure Sunday evening or Monday morning at your convenience.

Accommodation and meals included.

The duration of the internship is one week.

Day 1
04:00 – 05:00: Opening ceremony
05:00 – 06:30: Yin & Restorative yoga
09:00: Breakfast
10:00 – 12:00: Introduction to permaculture
13:00: Lunch
2:30 pm – 5:00 pm: organic & detox cooking class + massage
19:00: Evening meal

Day 2
06:30 – 07:30: Jala neti (Kriya) nasal irrigation & Pranayama
07:45 – 09:15: Yoga asana *
10:00: Breakfast
11:30 – 12:30: Introduction of Yoga philosophy
13:00: lunch
14:30 – 18:00: Yin yoga & Meditation
19:00: Evening meal

Day 3
06:30 – 07:30: Jala neti (Kriya) nasal irrigation & Pranayama
07:45 – 09:15: Yoga asana *
10:00: Breakfast
13:30: lunch
15:15 – 16:30: Partner yoga + reading
16:30 – 18:00: Detoxifying yoga flow & Meditation
19:00: Evening meal

Day 4
06:30 – 07:30: Jala neti (Kriya) nasal irrigation & Pranayama
07:45 – 09:15: Yoga asana *
10:00: Breakfast
11:30 – 12:30: Yoga & Chakra + reading
13:30: lunch
16:30 – 18:00: Detoxifying yoga flow & Yin yoga
19:00: Evening meal

Day 5
06:30 – 07:30: Jala neti (Kriya) nasal irrigation & Pranayama
07:45 – 09:15: Yoga asana *
10: am: Breakfast
12:30 pm: lunch
13:30 – 16:30: Partner yoga
16:30 – 18:00: Yin yoga & Meditation
19:00: Evening meal

06:30 – 08:00: Yoga asana *
08:00 – 09:00: Final ceremony

Morning gentle flow

Price of our Yoga course:


The price of the week (Monday to Friday), activities, accommodation and meals:

10,000 Baht per person in dormitory
12,000 Bahts per person in a private bungalow or guest room.
20,000 Bahts for a couple in a private bungalow.
